[2]I remember [08/02/07] we are still on the normal shift,then team3 is on the afternoon shift den after we came back from our tea breaks,my 3 other guy friend went to purification room to see how the gendu filter works den i was staying at the control room den one of the snr tech from team3 ask me to help him record the api1 n 2 utilities reading..so tat was how get into this team..

Went out wif my previous team3 members,[09/03/2007]
Back to blog,tell u abt wat i did on my Thursday night shift..and i reach control room,i was told tat i got 2 bagging to do..one is enox stage4 bagging another one is ave5026 stage5 bagging..first of coz is take all my utilities reading den went to api2 and prepare water for the spray dryer people..after tat went down to dispensing room to prepare containers for ave5026 stage5..den went to stage3 centrifuge t do my bagging..when i was doing half-way,den david take over to do so i just stand at there to watch him do loh..den went for our 1st break..went for my break,they were saying where to go out and eat for lunch on friday..and on friday is our off day but on Thursday is our night shift and the time is from 11pm-7am..they were saying 12pm reach there..at first they say orchard but in the end is marina square..so 12pm meet at city hall mrt..den went back to control room den prepare containers for stage4 bagging..after tat the dryer is stop and i follow their instructions to take it from the bottom to the top and follow david instructions to hold my product tray the other way round..so i did it and i finished within one hous i guess..tat was so fast..den push the containers to the dispensing room for them to weight the containers den went to the wash area to take the WHDP water to wash the tipping booth and other stuffs..after tat wash le,i was thinking still got time so went to api1 andn do my shift cleaning was sitting at the barier for about 10-20 mins..4get the time le,den i heard outside got people coming in and i saw burvanesh,he didn't ask me why am i inside,phew..den he ask me whether i did my cleaning a not i say no then he say he will do it and ask me to prepare the water for him..den went to bio-plant to take my second readings after tat went back to control room..imran ask me to do the data enrty..he was doing half-way so i helped him..after tat he came back and ask me to go for my break..so i went for my break..den went back to control room..was sitting on the chair coz it about time for us to go back..den wait and wait until 6:55am not even one team4 people come yet..den when it was 7am so i went to change..den take the transport bus den went home..i was thinking no time to sleep le..so on my comp..den around 10.45am i went out le..reach city hall at 11.4oam..no one reach yet..den after about 10 mins later,lawrence came..so waiting for the rest of the people..we waited for them about 12.30pm and we left..eugene ask me whether did i sleep a not and i told him

..was waiting for chandra and aun kee..called their phone all nv answer want..den reach marina square..imran told us to wait for him at 7-11..den saw him coming le..den just as we are going there,aun kee called jess phone..but jess told us tat the number is from the restaurant and was guessing whether aun kee got bring his phone a not..den imran told us burvanesh has lost his way..ok so we went to eat first..imran called me darling..lol,den aun kee told the rest of them next time i m the one who did the cleaning,bagging and do the IBC cleaning
..den they was asking me whether i drink beer or wine..i told him ..i was thinking i wan to buy jolly of the drink also cannot..just 3% of beer only mah..

after team changed i was thinking my team members not so good le loh..have to talk to them den cannot eat together wif them..Monday 4 people not coming,3 switch team and david take leave den change 2 people come to our team only..den went back aunkee told us tat he been 5-6 years nv come to city hall le den i told him this is my 1st time coming here..haha

Night Shifts!
Back to blog,yesterday night shift okie lah..time pass quite fast..no bagging to do again,den got api2 weekly to clean use around 2 hours..den went for my break..den after tat come back sit at control room den burvanesh ask me to push the disposal drums to the drums areas..den came back go and do api1 shift cleaning,yesterday was slacking didn't even do the 100,000 area..don't feel like doing it..den around 4.10am went to the 10,000 room to sit until 4.30am den start to gown up..den until 4.45am den went to do my cleaning do until 5.10am or 5.15am..4get the time le..den went back to control room...sit den update my logbook..den supervisor ask david where am i??? 
Den he told him tat i m at the control room..den after tat my supervisor come out and say he scared i was at the bio-plant and drop it inside the tank,haha..den went for break den around 6.25am went back..went back le,den burvanesh ask me to do the data entry coz he say i m expert of tat thing..den supervisor come out and say tat two boys bully poly girl..but actually is ITE girl..haha..den burvanesh told him i m expert of this,den supervisor say tat thing is for people who don't know how to do de,..okie lah don't know wat to write le..tat's all..hopefully 2dae got bagging to do,but i think don't have de lah..

Afternoon Shifts bored
Back to blog,was damn boring for the 2 afternoon shift on monday and tuesday..no bagging to do and only api1 shift cleaning,and was calculate the stage5-tails bin card,4 person did for around 1 and a half hours to check the calculation and wondering wat wrong..and team2 people didn't even bother to check it one more time..i thought steven from team2 is good,so i can learn a lot from him..haiz..yesterday shift at least got something for me to do,first is take utilities readings den go to api2 to prepare water for the spray dryer people den found out tat api2 2nd changing room no more socks again..den went to warehouse and take..after tat went to control room den my supervisors told me to send dirty laundry..den i went to see and take the new ones to stock..i was thinking why team2 people so lazy de..really so busy in the morning meh don't have the spare time to clear the laundry.. 
went back to control room again den supervisor ask me to go for dinner together wif him..On the way to the canteen he ask me to ask my friend y nv send the laundry??? After tat went to do my api1 shift cleaning,i didn't realise i did quite fast too..around 30mins i finish already den around 7.30pm i finish the whole area..after tat finish le den went to bio-plant and take reading..den on the way going back to the control room i saw drums at the drum trolley den went to send it to the disposal drums areas..then when i reached there i found out tat when i on the switch for the light there is no light..so i quicky put it at the correct places den went back to control room..den took my 2nd reading for api2..den went for break,was damn bored during the break..nth to talk to my supervisor too,haha..den went back to control room..then do the data entry..haiz,burvanesh on monday going to change team le..yesterday team4 people night shift got a lot of things to do..so good,they got IBC n homogenizer parts cleaning,API1 weekly cleaning and Bagging to do...time sure pass very fast de..haha...n a lot of things to write..ok lah write until here le..2dae nite shift better got a lot of things to do also..and hopefully burvanesh still do stage4 den i can ask him some of the things i don't know before he change to another team.. ...

Bored Day[03/03/2007]
Back to blog,will tell u wat i did yesterday on my morning shift..was so bored,nth more to do..was slack doing the cleaning..was trying to do very slowly but in the end i didn't know i did quite fast for api1 100,000 area only..i use 10 mins to clean the whole area..i was like
..doing so fast..den after tat went for my tea break den went back to do my api1 10,000 area..i used around 45mins to do..but i wasted a lot of time for gowning up..then around 11am went back to control room..sit at the control room nth to do also..den my supervisor was telling us to go for our lunch..at first i thought he was just joking but after tat from the window i saw him walking to the canteen..den i also go loh..but after tat went i was going to have my lunch the security guard was telling enox control..saying tat bio-plant got alarm..they didn't tell me to go so i go first to have a look..and then david was asking me to have a look..but i already reach the waste treatment control room..haha..den was nth wrong lah but i did is the sensor to record ppm got alarm coz i saw the red light tat indicate got alarm..den went back loh..they ask me wat alarm then i told them..while eating my supervisor was telling us tat yesterday he slept at 8pm but 2am he wake up already,lol..den he said tat he wake up he cannot sleep..den this morning he went out early to go for early breakfast..den he told us tat just now when he went for tea break cannot eat so now go for early lunch..after tat i go and do my api2 100,000 cleaning..was trying to do very slowly but in the end do very fast..so sian,den went back to control room..nth for me to do,den was thinking tat just now david ask me prepare containers for bagging used so i went to prepare..but after tat still got nth to do so went back to control room

den go to api2 and do 100,000 cleaning..den lawrence ask me know how to wash the IBC and homogenizer cleaning mah..den i say ya,but i told him i got 1 bagging to do..after doing the cleaning went back to control room sit for a while den supervisor ask me go to the store and take the filters so went to take loh..den put at the purification room..den went back to control room sit a while den went to stage 4 centrifuge room to start to do my bagging..while i was doing chandra ask me to take the tray at the bottom to the top..den i was like i been doing 8 times of bagging,been taking it from the top to the bottom and no one ask me to change it..at first follow his instructions den after he went to lunch and use my own method from starting the top to bottom..i didn't know i did quite fast using around 1 hour and i finished it already..den do cleaning..after tat went for my lunch,haha i m the last person who eat lunch de..lol den eat loh..2gether wif lawrence,den he ask me when is my last day for attachment..den i told him..den he reply and told me after we left den they will be busy again..so tat means without me they will be very very busy ,den he told me since u passed the test le den can help to do cleaning for the api2 10,000 also de loh..after tat eat le went to take my 2nd readings at bio-plant and api1 n 2 de..den i saw the computer tat someone already wash the IBC n homogenzier parts cleaning tat means i no need to go inside and wash le loh..den burvanes was doing half-way for his data entry,i didn't do at first den supervisor ask me where is he den i told him den he ask me to do..after tat he went out le..david came in and told him the bagging products at dispensing room..so i and him go down to weigh the products..weigh finish den go to intermediate store den he told me he leave the key at the lock outside..but he couldn't find it and ask me did i took it..i was like ,i told him i nv took it den he reply and say if u took it den i will not scold u if its them then he will scold them..coz since if they took it they will sure put one of the containers inside the intermediate room too mah..den went back to control room wait until 3pm den go home le..den david told imran tat i can carry 20kg of the weight of containers,lol..will write until here le..bb..

Another Bored Night Shifts
Back to blog,don't know wat to post actually..team soon going to separate le..no one will ask me whether am i bored or tired during night shift le..^^on monday night shift,my supevisor told all the team members tat i m the future data entry,i guess..4get wat he told me le..on tuesday night shift was so boring once agin..nth for me to do,no bagging..got api1 weekly cleaning but they nv let me do..den after tat around 5am,eugene ask me whether free a not den i say ya..den he ask me to wash the IBC..haha..the IBC not very dirty,so i just rinse it loh..wash until 6.20pm den went back to control room..so sit there wait until 7am can go home le,yeah off le...

3 Happy Thing To Share!
Back to blog,came back home after my nite shift,bath le..so decided to post b4 i go to sleep..got 3 happy things to tell those who reading this blog now..haha..tell u wat i did just now/last nite..2dae still only got 4 people working,plus me..
Den i told han xiang tat i wanted to take leave on next sunday-25th feb 07..
Den he told me take loh..supervisor will help you de..
Den after tat i send another message and told him tat afternoon shift on sunday need to do API1 weekly cleaning..
Den he send me back the message and said don't care for the API1 cleaning lar,they will clean de..
HaHa!!!
So at first went to take all the utilities reading den went to bio-plant to take reading after taken the reading at the bio-plant control room so have to go out and go to another place to take all the readings also,but when i went there the bio-plant was flood again..den i nv take the other side the reading so went back to control room to tell aun kee...den he told me wait for the 1st break den go and have a look..after tat he teach me how to put abtch inside,er i still not sure wat is it all about..he told me tat there was this team2 senior chemical technicial told him tat he don't dare to do the BRS n SAP..den he showed it to me and ask me isit tat hard to upload it..and he also said a man who is 45-50 years old still scared of doing this thing..lol,den he ask me next time teach him how to do it after i learned it..haha,den i reply and say don't want lah..Den he told me tat i m the first attachment student tat he teach me how to do tat thing,lol..so happy,lol..den after tat he ask me to use the Process Control System[PCS] to key in the data entry den he was doing his own things,then after tat he was looking at wat i m doing and say wow,u do so fast ar..haha,den i do finish le he asked me go break first but i don't want to go first den he finished his work le den i go to break wif him loh,during the break he told me maybe the nite shift $80 still will get the money den he said want to sign for me for the paper,haha..so happy..after tat he told me first break want to go to bio-plant but in the end nv go and check,maybe he forget le bah,den i also nv told me..den went to control room to sit den he told me to write the quantity for the BRS..so i wrote it at the paper,den David ask me whether i m sleepy a not den i say no..den he ask me to go do something together wif him..den went to stage 3 de centrifuge room to do de-lumping on AVE5026 stage 5 Depolymerised Benzyl Ester..was observe how he do the de-lumping,den went for 2nd break...after break he do the washing for the centrifuge..the washing part is using the WWDP[Water Warm-55°C] to wash it for 20mins den next is using the methanol to rinse it...den we went to the 2nd floor of reactor floor to top up methanol coz no more le,need to top up fresh de...top up about 300L..den went to the stage1 centrifuge room to wash the tray dryer...using the methanol,the smell was damn strong,den went for our 3rd break,lol so many break..haha..the 3rd break was about 5.15am-6am..haha..coz supervisor nv go so i also nv go loh..den around 6am le going back to control room on the way i told anu kee to go to bio-plant den he say okie..den on the way he told me last time b4 he become supervisor he was once work at the bio-plant alone, den he told me he also scared to work alone..haha,den i 4get wat he told me le..haha,he told me not to trust team2 too much,but wat i think is team2 people also very lazy to do the cleaning part and if afternoon got raining y afternoon shift people don't want to drain the water out have to wait for the night people do the job,den he told me don't trust them too much or wat lah,don't know wat he told me le..4get,haha..after tat went back to control room around 6.15am le..wanted to tell him i want to take leave on next sunday-25th feb 07..coz rabbit brand there invite me to go and eat...then anyway still got angbao to take,haha..can take around $80..wahaha..Den around 6.30am wanted to tell aun kee tat i want to take leave but don't know wat to tell him so wait until 6.40am..
Den i went to the shift supervisor office and tell him i want to take leave on next sunday-25th feb 07
Den he told me to write my name at the calendar..he didn't ask me y i took leave for until i wrote finished then he ask me you want to Bai Tian Gong ar?
Den i told him no lah, my previous boss invite me to eat...
Den he let me take le loh..haha
I told you tat i got three happy things...
1st is Supervisor say i m the first attachment student tat he teach me the batch number,not sure wat is it all about yet...
2nd is my nite shift $80 maybe still can take the $80 but need supervisor to help me sign loh...
3rd is Supervisor let me take leave on sunday-25th feb07,so good..
He is still the best supervisor among all the other team after all..and team3 rox too..don't know wat to write le...will continued next time i blog again...

Valentine Day Present From One Of My Sec. Classmates
Back to blog..should blog yesterday de..coz valentine day mah..but if my computer is in my room i will sure add the post de..yesterday edwin told me he wanted to give me valentine present..but i told him i don't have present to give him..so i send him a messgae..den he reply back and say he love me..after tat i nv reply his message le..so confused about wat he say..den went to work,i was like wow..so little of them come only ar..plus me only 4 people doing and my supervisor still want to take half-day leave..maybe he going to study bah..then i went to bio-plant to take reading..the bio-plant was flood,someone didn't off the pump and it flood..so i don't care about it and wait for the night shift people to do something..hehe,got bagging for me to do yesterday..i think eugene is the most busy de..he had to run here run there...den 1 at spray dryer,2 at purification room..as he had to run here run there to switch over as they have to eat dinner too...actually should be 6:33om start to do bagging de...but he busy so around 7.15pm den started to do..den 8.30pm den i do finish..wow,i took so long..i was wondering how han xiang can do so fast..1 hour he finish le..plus cleaning..maybe the cleaning part he nv do bah..haha..den the cleaning part from around 8:30pm i do until 9:45pm..den went to control room,aun kee ask me to put the bin card at the intermediate store...so i go and put loh..den went for my tea break..after tea break to go bio-plant and take my 2nd reading..didn't go over there and look still got flood a not..hehe..den eugene told me to go the wash area,but i didn't see him at there so i went to stage 4 centrifuge room and he was there..den he ask me to wash the other 2 trolleys..i didn't have to wash de..coz i thought wash 2 can le..so i quickly go and wash,and he keep apologise to me..den i say nvm..so i wash..after washing around 10:45pm still got time mah..so i wash the bag filters he told me the bag filters no need to wash also nvm..but i think got time mah..so wash loh..around 10.55pm wash finish le..went back to control room den aun kee told me tat next time i no need to do hard work,help him to do documentation den he can sleep le..den i say OK! I was like huh???Coz more people in our team next time den he teach me how to do documentation.. Don't know wat to reply him..so OK loh..i still think team3 people is the best lah..now i want to learn more thing from them and they have to switch teams le..they care so much for me wor..team relationships wif them le..can't bear to separate..haiz...y like tat??? Den meet edwin at 7-11 at 12.10am..he wanted to give me valentine day present..den he arrived le..den he gave me i say thank you..den he send me back home..didn't talk much to him yesterday..don't know wat to talk..

Boring Night Shift
Back to blog,yeah finally got long weekend..let me tell u wat i did my night shift 2dae..was so boring tat i want to sleep le..nth for me to do and no bagging also..den first of all i took all the reading first den go inside api2 and prepare solution for the spray dryer people..den after tat went back to control room to sit,lolx..den went to centrifuge floor to see is there any technician inside,but no1..den went to dispensing room and saw David den ask him is there anything for me to do..den he told me to prepare the stage 4 containers for next batch bagging..so i prepare loh..den see how much is the tare weight..after that went to break,during the break the security told my supervisors tat bio-plant got alarm and we have to go and take a look..so went there loh..TK755 the PH is low..den just acknowledge,accept and reset..after tat my supervisors ask me is there anything i don't understand de..den i told him the stage 5 gendu filter i don't understand den went back to control room he explained and told me..den i understand a bit loh..den i use the PCS to draw the stage 5 gendu filter line tracing..den went to centrifuge room to observe another technician doing the de-lumping,the product was inside the bag den it use the machine to hook the thing out from the centrifuge then put at the product tray after tat put inside the dryer for 14 hours and its rdy to start bagging le..between the time he was doing i went to bio-plant,control room to take my 2nd reading and draw the stage 4 centrifuge line tracing...after that we went for break..time pass so slow,not like yesterday time pass so fast..especially when u are doing bagging,the time passed so fast..after break went back to control room again,then i decided to go to bio-plant the control room to draw the line tracing out..was so complicated and you need a table and chair to sit at there to slowly draw..when it was time i decided to go back to control room again..was thinking wat should i write for the task/assignment i did..and the important lesson i learn too..den aun kee ask me whether one day leave is enough a not den i say ya,den he told me next Saturday only got 3 people work plus me is 3..i was thinking so little people how to work..den went back home le..just now finally received 2 message from miss amy,asking her can we take leave for chinese new year a not den she nv reply,just now den she reply back..
She told me as long as ur supervisor allows,u can take leave for chinese new year..
Den i reply and told her i took the leave le,but about the attendance will affect how much?
This is wat she reply:If ur supervisor that offers u the leave then ur attendance will not be affected...
Wow..so happy,so now i can take one more day leave on Saturday le,horray..But $80 just gone like tat..

Lazy To Post!
Back to blog,lazy to post now a days even though i got online also lazy lah..wahoo i like my team so much..but soon going to separate le,haiz so sad..been doing bagging for every shift,lolx..my team members treat me very good..they even tried hard to let me to take leave for chinese new year,coz everyone take leave den my team left 2 members only...but LO not allowed..supervisors even ask me want to take leave a not..den i told him cannot take leave,LO not allowed..den he told me tat if ur LO not allow den ask ur LO to talk to him,haha..treat me so good..he also ask me if i m tired must tell him den i reply and say i not tired coz yesterday i did 2 stage of bagging..hehe,he trust me to do alone,but i take a long time to do the bagging,after finish the bagging i did the cleaning den i push the container to the dispensing room but i nv weigh the container and push it to the intermediate store coz i know someone will help me de..
I PROMISE I WILL ASK QUESTIONS IF I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING,BUT I JUST NEED TIME,JUST GIVE ME SOMETIME!!!
Den after tat went to control room to write my daily tasks i did..was looking at the stage 4 & stage 5 name den i saw something at the process log book..the supervisors wrote my name at the stage 4 bagging..i was like WOW,he put my name den i got a lot of pressure le,tat means i must put in all my energy to do well..since he trust me..haiz today got API2 weekly cleaning,so sianz..hope 2dae still got bagging for me to do..like to do bagging so much..the most hate is still API2 cleaning..will end here le,next time den post again...faster 2 shift finish den i got long weekend..hehe..rest on fri,sat and sun..wahoo!!!

7 Days Of Different Shifts
Back to blog once again,finally work 7days different type of shift and finally i can off 2days..hehe,let me tell you wat i did for 1 week...the same things i go to work,is to take the utilities reading first...its boring when u know where is the location...and during my night time shift,the technical us me to climb up the stairs to see whether there is any foam at the solution at the bio-plant...i was thinking? Must climb up ar? Den friday the technical told me tat i don't have to climb out,hehe...the supervisors scared i will fell in to the water,wow lucky no need to climb up and check,phew..maybe for my attachment presentation i will be doing Bio-Plant Process...i really regret why i didn't study hard for my examz in the first place,haiz..but i nv regret tat i choose this course,i suddenly found tat i want to understand more...during working the most interesting part is to do the bagging of the product...it very fun,and the most tiring is the API2 cleaning...that is the job i hate it..and the most boring thing to do is that i have to take the utilities reading everyday..den every shift have to do API cleaning...haiz..
FOR COV & NCOV is on Morning shift & Night shift must take..
Bio-Plant,Nitrogen,API1,API2 is every shift have to take..
Water System is Morning shift and Afternoon shift..
So normally Monday Morning shift there will be a lot of things for me to do...If i have any free time den i will go to the Bio-Plant to start my line tracing...erm,don't know wat to write le,hopefully 2mr i can take back my phone...i miss my phone so much..tat all...take care guys..

The Day Corrin Left!
Back to blog once again,yesterday corrin left le,wanted to treat everyone eat,but somemore of them didn't go...i didn't go too,coz i nv told my parents tat i m going...i wish her good luck and all the best in watever things she do..i suddenly felt that afternoon and night shift can be scary too,coz everyone went back home and it already night le,so i will be scared if i go out and take reading,haiz..2dae got gowning up-test,i didn't even practice yet,don't know why so fast need to test,wah liao...die le lah,haiz...wish me good luck bah,haha...nth for me to update le,that all's...update next time i log in again..
