Saturday-24th March 2007[Afternoon Shift]
On Saturday on afternoon shift 24th march,when i reach jurong east waiting for the transport bus..i only saw Kharil,Lawrence and Kumar..i was like where are all the people..den reach company le,change so went up to control room..lawrence told aun kee tat only 3 people come..so its only 3+1..1 on leave it jess who went to play soccer..3 on mc..LOW,Sadiq and Chandra..chandra take mc can understand coz he did 2 dispensing yesterday..den was taking my utilities readings when eugene called the control room asking aun kee need help a not den aun kee u want to come den come loh..den so i took my water system reading went back to the dispensing room saw eugene ask him to helo me sign the book den he told me aun kee face black..sure will angry de..so little people only..so 1 spray dryer,1 purification and 1 stage4..den plus got weekly safety checks..so do all my checks first den do my bagging..lucky got eugene to help den can ask him to do all the starting part for me den i do the bagging when i finished so i wash the product tray loh..den went back to centrifuge room den aun kee came ask me go and eat dinner..so went le..den after tat went back next is do my shift cleaning..finished le went to take readings den went back to control room aun kee asked me nth to do le ar,i told him ya..den he ask me to help lawrence do the stage4 Enox de-lumping,2 persons do faster than 1..haha..got the chance to do..den went to centrifuge stage4 he ask me to wear half-face mask or the disposal mask den i say which one better than he told me to wear 2 disposal mask lor..den after he lift the centrifuge bag out so i start to do den he teach me how should i do..he asked me to take 2 scoops of the product and press to make it smaller pieces..den he help me put the product at the tray den i press it it was cold then i ask him why he say got put methanol..oh tat the reason..den after tat he helped me the higher part den i do the lower part,it was fun to do..den do until left a little bit have to bend down to take the powder..den i smell the methanol damn strong..can't take it..so continued to do den finished le went back to control room saw kharil he ask me finished my job le ar..i say ya..den he went back to spray dryer i guess..den aun kee came in ask me how was it..i told him the methanol very strong but i told him i wear the disposal mask only..den he told me powder can use mask but methanol must use half-face de..den after tat lawrence came in he scold lawrence why nv ask me to write half-face den lawrence say i not near the centrifuge so not so strong loh..den went back..den was at the bus kumar was talking to kharil..kumar ask khairil y at break nv saw him den he told kumar tat he nv go for break..then kumar told him break must go de..den kharil say troublesome lah..finished my work first..was so touched..lol,haha..khairil did put my name but not at stage4 at stage2 de-AVE stage 5 bagging..coz i did 2 mah..haha

Back to blog..on 22th march when we are going home on morning shift..zul from team4 came to the room den he told aun kee tat i very quiet..he say he seldom see i talked de..den aun kee was saying the last batch of students all very noisy de den i very quiet..but wat to do when i m a baby i will just sleep den wake up drink milk den went back to sleep again den wake up wouldn't make any noise den my relatives was saying to look after me was very easy coz i wouldn't make any noise..den could also be why i m quiet,erm i 2 years old den know how to talk,3 years old den know how to walk..normally to other people like my brother 1 and a half years to 2 already know how to talk and walk..so i m born out to be a quiet girl and learn things very slow de..normally like people like alvin take 1days to know the whole thing i need 2-3 days to understand..so right now when steven come to our team den they will know the true self of me..haha..
23rd march i did 3 bagging..actually is only 2..but i flip over when i look at the book there is one more..is stage 4 de..i flip through the previous page and saw tat they wrote to follow up bagging,containers prepared but then i realized i4get to bring my half-face mask key so went back to take..den went back to control room saw jess and told him about the bagging..den he ask me go do loh..the time was about 4:30pm so i started to do and ended around 5.30pm..i didn't know i did quite fast,lol..den after tat went for dinner..den went back didn't do my api shift cleaning first so i saw the salt crusher haven't washed yet so i helped chandra to wash..den after tat he came in and i can't pull the hose out coz it so tight..den i ask him to help me take out,he say he only helped me take out,hehe..den went to do the satge5 AVE bagging den i discovered the team2 people write wrongly at the BRS..so went back to control room to tell Khairil about it..he nv say anything so i went down to find chandra ask him to help me do the starting part den i did the bagging part..so when i do finished,i was thinking still got time den wash the product tray first den after tat went back do the bagging,can't find chandra so ask jess to help me then after tat chandra came..he ask me isit wear the face mask..den i say ya den he told me who ask you to wear tat then i told him when i see other technical did the work they also wear face-mask..he told me not to die so early,lol..coz the powder is very tiny...den i do finished he asked me isit need to wash the tray i told him yes..den he helped me washed he told me must go for break..so i went to break den around 10pm i started to do my shifts cleaning..i was thinking no time le so decided not to clean 100,000 area..den clean 10,000 area only..was finished it around 10:40pm..den went back control room rest den go back home le..so i was thinking if they put my name at stage4 den is a reward to me le..hehe..tats all

I am back..morning shift 2dae so did all my cleaning and clear the laundry den i went to the control room and saw burvanesh infront of the PCS system and was thinking was he doing data entry a not..den after tat send le went back..i was RIGHT!!! He was indeed doing the data entry so i sat at control room loh..after a while my supervisor came out and told burvanesh tat he steal my job tat i always do de..den they say still got one more stage..it stage4 den supervisor ask jess,lawrence and me go eat..den went to canteen saw Joy then sit together wif them..together wif Frankie n Aichen..den they say got Grass Jelly..and say tat my supervisor should eat it..den he sit together wif us..Aichen was asking my supervisor to give her the coke he brought den my supervisor say he gave me better than give her,haha..den Joy was saying tat my supervisor very good to me..i know tat too so i have to work extremely hard for my attachment..i m trying!!! Den went to bio-plant to take my second readings..on the way back was thinking tat burvanesh better don't do the stage4 data entry..when i was going in he was coming out and he told me he already did the data entry.. 
so took my second readings for api1 n 2 de..he was right he already do the data entry..

Den about 2.50pm aun kee came back and scolded him..nv see my supervisor so angry b4..the LOW fault lah,made him so angry..LOW lah asked my supervisor to ask the store to bring the new hydro-chlorex so he can topped-up..coz he say the hydro-chlorex cannot be not less than the slight glass..den when my supervisor came back he told him infront of us..den after a while LOW asked me to go home..but i told him wait,the time not yet 3pm and team4 people still haven't come up yet so cannot go mah..saw my supervisor face so angry..haiz,don't want to say le..

Wat i did from [15/01/07]-[18/03/07]???
Back to blog,since i passed the gowning up test so i have many things for me to do..on afternoon and night shifts i have to do the API 10,000 area,but mormally for API2 10,000 de i no need to do unless no production for spray dryer den i do the cleaning normally is people who are inside den do de..wed[14/03/07] is my first time going to do the 10,000 area doing cleaning..the area is big so u need more time to finish..on thursday to sunday[15/03/07-18/03/07] i been doing data entry..and on sat and sun[17/03/07-18/03/07] been doing a lot of work..and on sat actually i could do Dispensing of raw material de but the sodium pellets i weigh wrongly so have to re-do,but think don't have the chance bah..hehe..on thur[15/03/07] i start doing my documentation le
..on friday[16/03/07] i need to clean the API2 10,000 area..so when i decided to go to the room to do cleaning i found out that there is no more socks so i decided to go to API1 to see whether there is socks a not..but den API1 left one more socks so kumar ask me to go to the warehouse to take the new stock..no choice mah have to go..when i was walking to the warehouse the feeling is like when every night shifts i go to bio-plant to take my readings..so on the way there i was thinking why the morning shifts people don't know how to go to the warehouse and take the new one..but if he nv go and take,the afternoon shifts people can also go and take wat??? But on tat day the morning shifs n the afternoon shifts haven't pass their gowning up test so i don't think they don't have the spare time to just go to warehouse and take..so irresponsible they are,even though i morning shift is busy i will still go and send the old laundry and take new one de..i wonder wat alvin been doing for his shifts..even the safety checks also can't do by himself the snr.chemical tech still have to help him do..he really tat busy???

Aww i need to overcome how should i communicate wif the technicial and i still don't know wat should i do for my presentation..As time pass by means tat attachment going to finish le..quite sad leh..been together wif them now going to separate..the old team3 members is still the best but after change le they are still good..damn haven't write my logbook yet..HOW??? Every week must think of wat to write..and so fast 2mr morning shift le..Work for 1 whole week and off 2 days only damn fast..

Back to blog..been doing stage5 ave5026 bagging..from tuesday[13/03/07]-thursday[15/03/07]..actually yesterday also go de but LOW count wrong time,he thought is 24hrs but actually is 20hrs..the other time he even told aun kee tat is 2ohrs now he also count wrong..lol..on thursday afternoon shift..morning shift people again nv stock the items for api 
..damn it..again i have to help them to stock..den during dinner aun kee again tell me ur friend again nv stock the api item and tell him tat i already helped you so many times le..den he told me morning shift so many things to do ar??? Den i told him maybe he preparing for presentation,den he told me presentation can at home do mah..den he aked me now suddenly more people coming to our team le...he told me he not used to it,i also not used to it..suddenly so many coz used to less people work le..erm..team people change over le they are still okie..den thursday actually got bagging de,LOW was actually asking me to do..in the end when sadiq going to do i ask aun kee i do or he do? Got My Pay!
Back to blog,what should i talk 2dae??? I don't know wat should i write..Erm let me tell u wat jus now my supervisor told one of the chem tech guy..That guy told my supervisor tat like him cannot do fast work must do slow work..den my supervisor reply and say u come to my team must do fast work..den my supervisor told tat guy tat like ME, don't think tat i sit down there nth to do but actually i m observing,lol and my supervisor ask me to teach tat guy how to do fast work..actually i not doing very fast..but just trying to do it fast coz they always ask me to slowly do but cannot lah..trying to be the best than my friends ..And i finish my job first den sit at control room to rest..

Went out wif my previous team3 members,[09/03/2007]
Back to blog,tell u abt wat i did on my Thursday night shift..and i reach control room,i was told tat i got 2 bagging to do..one is enox stage4 bagging another one is ave5026 stage5 bagging..first of coz is take all my utilities reading den went to api2 and prepare water for the spray dryer people..after tat went down to dispensing room to prepare containers for ave5026 stage5..den went to stage3 centrifuge t do my bagging..when i was doing half-way,den david take over to do so i just stand at there to watch him do loh..den went for our 1st break..went for my break,they were saying where to go out and eat for lunch on friday..and on friday is our off day but on Thursday is our night shift and the time is from 11pm-7am..they were saying 12pm reach there..at first they say orchard but in the end is marina square..so 12pm meet at city hall mrt..den went back to control room den prepare containers for stage4 bagging..after tat the dryer is stop and i follow their instructions to take it from the bottom to the top and follow david instructions to hold my product tray the other way round..so i did it and i finished within one hous i guess..tat was so fast..den push the containers to the dispensing room for them to weight the containers den went to the wash area to take the WHDP water to wash the tipping booth and other stuffs..after tat wash le,i was thinking still got time so went to api1 andn do my shift cleaning was sitting at the barier for about 10-20 mins..4get the time le,den i heard outside got people coming in and i saw burvanesh,he didn't ask me why am i inside,phew..den he ask me whether i did my cleaning a not i say no then he say he will do it and ask me to prepare the water for him..den went to bio-plant to take my second readings after tat went back to control room..imran ask me to do the data enrty..he was doing half-way so i helped him..after tat he came back and ask me to go for my break..so i went for my break..den went back to control room..was sitting on the chair coz it about time for us to go back..den wait and wait until 6:55am not even one team4 people come yet..den when it was 7am so i went to change..den take the transport bus den went home..i was thinking no time to sleep le..so on my comp..den around 10.45am i went out le..reach city hall at 11.4oam..no one reach yet..den after about 10 mins later,lawrence came..so waiting for the rest of the people..we waited for them about 12.30pm and we left..eugene ask me whether did i sleep a not and i told him

..was waiting for chandra and aun kee..called their phone all nv answer want..den reach marina square..imran told us to wait for him at 7-11..den saw him coming le..den just as we are going there,aun kee called jess phone..but jess told us tat the number is from the restaurant and was guessing whether aun kee got bring his phone a not..den imran told us burvanesh has lost his way..ok so we went to eat first..imran called me darling..lol,den aun kee told the rest of them next time i m the one who did the cleaning,bagging and do the IBC cleaning..den they was asking me whether i drink beer or wine..i told him ..i was thinking i wan to buy jolly of the drink also cannot..just 3% of beer only mah..

after team changed i was thinking my team members not so good le loh..have to talk to them den cannot eat together wif them..Monday 4 people not coming,3 switch team and david take leave den change 2 people come to our team only..den went back aunkee told us tat he been 5-6 years nv come to city hall le den i told him this is my 1st time coming here..haha

Night Shifts!
Back to blog,yesterday night shift okie lah..time pass quite fast..no bagging to do again,den got api2 weekly to clean use around 2 hours..den went for my break..den after tat come back sit at control room den burvanesh ask me to push the disposal drums to the drums areas..den came back go and do api1 shift cleaning,yesterday was slacking didn't even do the 100,000 area..don't feel like doing it..den around 4.10am went to the 10,000 room to sit until 4.30am den start to gown up..den until 4.45am den went to do my cleaning do until 5.10am or 5.15am..4get the time le..den went back to control room...sit den update my logbook..den supervisor ask david where am i??? Den he told him tat i m at the control room..den after tat my supervisor come out and say he scared i was at the bio-plant and drop it inside the tank,haha..den went for break den around 6.25am went back..went back le,den burvanesh ask me to do the data entry coz he say i m expert of tat thing..den supervisor come out and say tat two boys bully poly girl..but actually is ITE girl..haha..den burvanesh told him i m expert of this,den supervisor say tat thing is for people who don't know how to do de,..okie lah don't know wat to write le..tat's all..hopefully 2dae got bagging to do,but i think don't have de lah..

Afternoon Shifts bored
Back to blog,was damn boring for the 2 afternoon shift on monday and tuesday..no bagging to do and only api1 shift cleaning,and was calculate the stage5-tails bin card,4 person did for around 1 and a half hours to check the calculation and wondering wat wrong..and team2 people didn't even bother to check it one more time..i thought steven from team2 is good,so i can learn a lot from him..haiz..yesterday shift at least got something for me to do,first is take utilities readings den go to api2 to prepare water for the spray dryer people den found out tat api2 2nd changing room no more socks again..den went to warehouse and take..after tat went to control room den my supervisors told me to send dirty laundry..den i went to see and take the new ones to stock..i was thinking why team2 people so lazy de..really so busy in the morning meh don't have the spare time to clear the laundry.. 
went back to control room again den supervisor ask me to go for dinner together wif him..On the way to the canteen he ask me to ask my friend y nv send the laundry??? Bored Day[03/03/2007]
Back to blog,will tell u wat i did yesterday on my morning shift..was so bored,nth more to do..was slack doing the cleaning..was trying to do very slowly but in the end i didn't know i did quite fast for api1 100,000 area only..i use 10 mins to clean the whole area..i was like
..doing so fast..den after tat went for my tea break den went back to do my api1 10,000 area..i used around 45mins to do..but i wasted a lot of time for gowning up..then around 11am went back to control room..sit at the control room nth to do also..den my supervisor was telling us to go for our lunch..at first i thought he was just joking but after tat from the window i saw him walking to the canteen..den i also go loh..but after tat went i was going to have my lunch the security guard was telling enox control..saying tat bio-plant got alarm..they didn't tell me to go so i go first to have a look..and then david was asking me to have a look..but i already reach the waste treatment control room..haha..den was nth wrong lah but i did is the sensor to record ppm got alarm coz i saw the red light tat indicate got alarm..den went back loh..they ask me wat alarm then i told them..while eating my supervisor was telling us tat yesterday he slept at 8pm but 2am he wake up already,lol..den he said tat he wake up he cannot sleep..den this morning he went out early to go for early breakfast..den he told us tat just now when he went for tea break cannot eat so now go for early lunch..after tat i go and do my api2 100,000 cleaning..was trying to do very slowly but in the end do very fast..so sian,den went back to control room..nth for me to do,den was thinking tat just now david ask me prepare containers for bagging used so i went to prepare..but after tat still got nth to do so went back to control room

..doing so fast..den after tat went for my tea break den went back to do my api1 10,000 area..i used around 45mins to do..but i wasted a lot of time for gowning up..then around 11am went back to control room..sit at the control room nth to do also..den my supervisor was telling us to go for our lunch..at first i thought he was just joking but after tat from the window i saw him walking to the canteen..den i also go loh..but after tat went i was going to have my lunch the security guard was telling enox control..saying tat bio-plant got alarm..they didn't tell me to go so i go first to have a look..and then david was asking me to have a look..but i already reach the waste treatment control room..haha..den was nth wrong lah but i did is the sensor to record ppm got alarm coz i saw the red light tat indicate got alarm..den went back loh..they ask me wat alarm then i told them..while eating my supervisor was telling us tat yesterday he slept at 8pm but 2am he wake up already,lol..den he said tat he wake up he cannot sleep..den this morning he went out early to go for early breakfast..den he told us tat just now when he went for tea break cannot eat so now go for early lunch..after tat i go and do my api2 100,000 cleaning..was trying to do very slowly but in the end do very fast..so sian,den went back to control room..nth for me to do,den was thinking tat just now david ask me prepare containers for bagging used so i went to prepare..but after tat still got nth to do so went back to control room ..u can see tat my supervisor also very bored...
...haha..will write until here le..tat all..

Back to blog..2dae morning shift..got a lot of thing for me to do..first is take all utilities readings den go to api1 and do 100,000 and 10,000 de daily cleaning..since i passed my gowning up test for 10,000 den must go and do loh..i didn't know i did quite fast.. 
den go to api2 and do 100,000 cleaning..den lawrence ask me know how to wash the IBC and homogenizer cleaning mah..den i say ya,but i told him i got 1 bagging to do..after doing the cleaning went back to control room sit for a while den supervisor ask me go to the store and take the filters so went to take loh..den put at the purification room..den went back to control room sit a while den went to stage 4 centrifuge room to start to do my bagging..while i was doing chandra ask me to take the tray at the bottom to the top..den i was like i been doing 8 times of bagging,been taking it from the top to the bottom and no one ask me to change it..at first follow his instructions den after he went to lunch and use my own method from starting the top to bottom..i didn't know i did quite fast using around 1 hour and i finished it already..den do cleaning..after tat went for my lunch,haha i m the last person who eat lunch de..lol den eat loh..2gether wif lawrence,den he ask me when is my last day for attachment..den i told him..den he reply and told me after we left den they will be busy again..so tat means without me they will be very very busy ,den he told me since u passed the test le den can help to do cleaning for the api2 10,000 also de loh..after tat eat le went to take my 2nd readings at bio-plant and api1 n 2 de..den i saw the computer tat someone already wash the IBC n homogenzier parts cleaning tat means i no need to go inside and wash le loh..den burvanes was doing half-way for his data entry,i didn't do at first den supervisor ask me where is he den i told him den he ask me to do..after tat he went out le..david came in and told him the bagging products at dispensing room..so i and him go down to weigh the products..weigh finish den go to intermediate store den he told me he leave the key at the lock outside..but he couldn't find it and ask me did i took it..i was like ,i told him i nv took it den he reply and say if u took it den i will not scold u if its them then he will scold them..coz since if they took it they will sure put one of the containers inside the intermediate room too mah..den went back to control room wait until 3pm den go home le..den david told imran tat i can carry 20kg of the weight of containers,lol..will write until here le..bb..

Passed My Gowning Up Test!
Back to blog again,so happy 2dae,WHY? Let me tell you...after my lunch break i went back to control room and i forget who told me the good news le..i think is my supervisor bah..he told me i passed the gowning up test for 10,000 api area..wahoo,so happy...wahaha.. and i m the only girl in my last term class who get into shifts..
Another thing is actually 2dae taking pay de but the HR manager on leave,damn have to wait until after my long weekend for my off/rest days den take le loh..

Another Bored Night Shifts
Back to blog,don't know wat to post actually..team soon going to separate le..no one will ask me whether am i bored or tired during night shift le..^^on monday night shift,my supevisor told all the team members tat i m the future data entry,i guess..4get wat he told me le..on tuesday night shift was so boring once agin..nth for me to do,no bagging..got api1 weekly cleaning but they nv let me do..den after tat around 5am,eugene ask me whether free a not den i say ya..den he ask me to wash the IBC..haha..the IBC not very dirty,so i just rinse it loh..wash until 6.20pm den went back to control room..so sit there wait until 7am can go home le,yeah off le...
