I LOVING AIA PRACTICAL MORE & MORE!

Why do i say tat?

Because AIA Practical is more manual work den compare to BIA..

Trying to wake up den go school..

AIA practical,already missed one practical le,so cannot afford to miss another..

Reach School den went for Practical..

2dae Doing High Performance Liquid Chromatography[HPLC]
Miss Lee say everyone must tried at least one time..

Den Zhimei was doing the GC2..So watched her how to do..but the way she do,got a lot of mistakes,den after tat my turn to do..

Miss Lee walked over to see me how i do..

Den i told Miss Lee:This is my first time doing,wait..

I don't know why i say wait,but maybe is because my first time doing felt got pressure..

Den Miss Lee say when doing Purging can hear Aeroplane sounds..Den i moved closer..the sound is the same as Aeroplane sounds..haha

Den Miss Lee teach me the proper way to screw the ferrule to the column downwards & upwards..

Den when i was doing she was standing beside me on how i do..haha

After tat go do HPLC1,Miss Lee asked us to ask Yiting coz he doing now,den Yiting just brief us wat to do..den i ask Sukfond:If Miss Lee come & teach us u want mah? Coz if she came,den Sukfond have to speak in English & not Chinese..

Den She say:OK!

Den after tat told Miss Lee to come den told her we don't know wat to do..

Den HPLC1 & HPLC2 is different..the Difference is one is Rubber,the one is metal..Metal you cannot bend the metal pipe,if not you will damage the thing & cause leakage..

Den when Sukfond doing..The ferrule very hard to screw it..coz u have to get the feel of it den can put..

Den when my turn to do,also same mistake wif Sukfond..Den after tat Miss Lee hold my hands,too nervous den my hand is like so hard..can't relaxed..den try to relaxed den got the feel to do..

After tat Miss Lee go & help Mr Zhang,i can screw it den pressed Start..There is value,means i m doing the correct way..SO HAPPY =)) Haha,she go help Mr Zhang den i m doing the correct way..haha..LOL,so funny..

Den after tat Miss Lee asked me finished le mah,Den i told her not yet,i still got Filtration haven't do yet..

Den asked me go and do..Den Sukfond was teaching me to do..Den after tat Mr Zhang walked over,asked him is pull out the pipe den switched off the pump or another way..den he say the first one den is the correct way..den teach me how to do..Den after tat finished,washed the apparatus..

You See,One Day nv come school only..You Need So Many People to teach you What to do..

But anyway thanks Miss Lee,Mr Zhang,Sukfond & Zhimei for the help..

Den went to put labcoat,den went for Lunch Break at Cafe2..saw Miss Lee & Mr Zhang queuing up for food..the food we ordering is so long..den i eat super fast,like 5mins i ate finished le..Hungry & the uncle gave me so little rice..

Den went for AIA lecture..

Den Miss Lee say: PLEASE TAKE UR TEMPERATURE & SHOW ME DEN CAN GO IN TO THE LECTURE HALL..

Den i say to Miss Lee: So Ma Fan[Troublesome] still have to take temperature..

Den She showed her face to me,den i say: OKOK..Haha..So funny..

Den AIA Lecture,the room is so noisy..

Den after tat went home..
