Just saw this website..check it out..

David Yates, director of the fifth and sixth films, will return and make the final two films concurrently. Screenwriter Steve Kloves also returns, and, by the completion of the franchise, he will have written seven of the eight films.[This is what i saw at the website]
Just Hope the cast members of Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince will complete the final movie..the book will be the same as the story..

Alfonso Cuarón, director of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, had said that he would be "tempted" to return to direct,[82] and Chris Columbus, director of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets also expressed a wish.[83] Guillermo Del Toro, who passed on Prisoner of Azkaban, had expressed interest in directing Deathly Hallows,[84] but an increased workload ruled him out of the project.[85] John Williams, who composed the scores to the first three films, has expressed interest in returning to score the films.[86]
