Saturday-24th March 2007[Afternoon Shift]
On Saturday on afternoon shift 24th march,when i reach jurong east waiting for the transport bus..i only saw Kharil,Lawrence and Kumar..i was like where are all the people..den reach company le,change so went up to control room..lawrence told aun kee tat only 3 people come..so its only 3+1..1 on leave it jess who went to play soccer..3 on mc..LOW,Sadiq and Chandra..chandra take mc can understand coz he did 2 dispensing yesterday..den was taking my utilities readings when eugene called the control room asking aun kee need help a not den aun kee u want to come den come loh..den so i took my water system reading went back to the dispensing room saw eugene ask him to helo me sign the book den he told me aun kee face black..sure will angry de..so little people only..so 1 spray dryer,1 purification and 1 stage4..den plus got weekly safety checks..so do all my checks first den do my bagging..lucky got eugene to help den can ask him to do all the starting part for me den i do the bagging when i finished so i wash the product tray loh..den went back to centrifuge room den aun kee came ask me go and eat dinner..so went le..den after tat went back next is do my shift cleaning..finished le went to take readings den went back to control room aun kee asked me nth to do le ar,i told him ya..den he ask me to help lawrence do the stage4 Enox de-lumping,2 persons do faster than 1..haha..got the chance to do..den went to centrifuge stage4 he ask me to wear half-face mask or the disposal mask den i say which one better than he told me to wear 2 disposal mask lor..den after he lift the centrifuge bag out so i start to do den he teach me how should i do..he asked me to take 2 scoops of the product and press to make it smaller pieces..den he help me put the product at the tray den i press it it was cold then i ask him why he say got put methanol..oh tat the reason..den after tat he helped me the higher part den i do the lower part,it was fun to do..den do until left a little bit have to bend down to take the powder..den i smell the methanol damn strong..can't take it..so continued to do den finished le went back to control room saw kharil he ask me finished my job le ar..i say ya..den he went back to spray dryer i guess..den aun kee came in ask me how was it..i told him the methanol very strong but i told him i wear the disposal mask only..den he told me powder can use mask but methanol must use half-face de..den after tat lawrence came in he scold lawrence why nv ask me to write half-face den lawrence say i not near the centrifuge so not so strong loh..den went back..den was at the bus kumar was talking to kharil..kumar ask khairil y at break nv saw him den he told kumar tat he nv go for break..then kumar told him break must go de..den kharil say troublesome lah..finished my work first..was so touched..lol,haha..khairil did put my name but not at stage4 at stage2 de-AVE stage 5 bagging..coz i did 2 mah..haha
